Enrollment Conditions

I have been examined by a licensed physician within the past six months and have been found by such physician to be in good physical health. I am physically able to perform all vigorous stretching exercises such as the yoga exercises that I am to learn and perform during my enrolment within the Set2Yoga studio.

I will faithfully follow all instructions given to me by Set2Yoga and its teachers as to when, where and how to perform and not to perform yoga exercises. Any deviations by me from such instructions are at my own risk.

Set2Yoga, its owners, teachers or employees are not liable for any cost, loss or injuries suffered by me caused whole or in part by my failure to faithfully follow the instructions of Set2Yoga, its owners, teachers, or employees, or by any physical impairment of mine not fully disclosed to Set2Yoga in writing. Accordingly, I release Set2Yoga, its owners, teachers, and employees from any claim of whatever nature I have against them arising from such failure by me.

I understand and acknowledge that I am to received instruction in yoga theory and exercises only. Set2Yoga, its owners, teachers or employees are not liable for, nor expected to provide any advice, training, or medical assistance other than in the form of general yoga stretching exercises.

The tuition paid by me under this enrolment form to Set2Yoga is non-refundable. Set2Yoga may in its sole discretion grant partial refunds to me without prejudicing any of its rights.
