CLASS SCHEDULE

Preparing for class

  • Bring your own yoga mat, a towel and water to class

  • Be prepared to sweat so wear light, comfortable clothing

  • Avoid eating 2 to 3 hours in advance and hydrate well before class

  • Arrive 10 minutes early

  • The studio is open before and after class for 30min
