Posture Q&A

Amrei Marden, owner of Bikram Yoga Sapphire Coast, international Yoga champion judge and former Australian Yoga Asana Champion, has been practicing Bikram Yoga since 2001, and held posture refinement workshops across Europe, America, Asia and Australia since 2009. She joined us here at Set2Yoga studio in June 2023 to present another workshop in typical form. We love Amrei. Her dedication, work ethic and style is unmatched.

A truly great afternoon well spent learning, laughing and receiving advice from such an experienced instructor, all of which we can put to use in our own practice.
